Spring Clean Up-  April 15th through June 15th, 

Spring clean up for all front, back and side landscape beds on property including removal of weeds, 

shovel -cut vertical edging along the border of landscape beds if no edging product exists, or edging 

adjustment/correction if edging product exists,  light trimming and pruning of shrubs (up to 10’ tall) as 

appropriate, detail perennials as horticulturally appropriate, leaf and Winter debris removal from lawn 

and landscape areas, granular shrub fertilization, granular weed preventative application and dyed mulch application in color of choice.  

 

 

Summer Landscape Service-  June 15th – August 1st 

Summer Landscape service for all front, back and side landscape beds on property including removal of 

weeds, shovel-cut vertical edging adjustment/correction or edging product adjustment/correction as 

necessary, trimming and shaping of shrubs (up to 10’ tall) as appropriate, detail and shape perennials as 

horticulturally appropriate, leaf and debris removal from lawn and landscape areas, granular annual and perennial fertilization, granular weed preventative application as necessary and light raking over of 

spring mulch application to aerate.  

 

 

Late Summer Landscape Service- August 1st – October 1st 

Late Summer Landscape service for all front, back and side landscape beds on property including 

removal of weeds, shovel-cut vertical edging adjustment/correction or edging product 

adjustment/correction as necessary, trimming and shaping of shrubs (up to 10’ tall) as appropriate, 

detail and shape perennials as horticulturally appropriate, leaf and debris removal from lawn and 

landscape areas, granular annual and perennial fertilization, granular shrub fertilization,  granular weed 

preventative application as necessary and light raking over of spring mulch application to aerate.  

 

 

Fall Clean Up- October 1st – November 15th 

 

Fall Clean up service for all front, back and side landscape beds on property including removal of weeds, 

Shovel- cut vertical edging adjustment/correction or edging product adjustment/correction as necessary, 

trimming and shaping of shrubs (up to 10’ tall) as appropriate, detail and cut down perennials as 

horticulturally appropriate, leaf and debris removal from lawn and landscape areas and granular weed 

preventative application as necessary. Leaf debris may be piled by street for collection according to 

municipal regulations.   

 

 

Final Leaf removal- November 15th – December 31st 

 

Final Leaf removal for entire property including removal of all leaves and debris from lawn and landscape areas. Leaf debris may be piled by street for collection according to municipal regulations or hauled away if municipality pick up has ended.
