Nutrisoil - 49.00 per yard– Premium topsoil and compost mix. 

Screened Topsoil – 38.50 per yard – Quality topsoil that has been run through a 1/2” screen.  

Black or Brown mulch – 38.50 per yard – Our mulch is a triple ground, doubled dyed mulch with an EPA safe dye. Nice fine mixture we use at pretty much all of our properties.

Peagravel #1 -  49.50 per ton– Small ½”-1” size stone, mix of reds, grays, blues and tans.

#2 River rock – 48.00 per ton– 2” Golf ball size stone, mix of reds, grays, blues and tans.

Tailing stone #3-6 – 48.00 per ton– 3-6”Baseball to softball size stone, mix of reds, grays, blues and tans.

Dino Egg stone #6-12 - 47.00 per ton – 6-12”Cantaloupe size stone for use as edging and rock borders. 

Landscape Boulders #8-20 size – 200.00 per ton –  Watermelon size, All sorts of shapes and colors. Take a look and pick which ones you’d like.

Crushed #1a stone – $57.00 per ton–  1/4” clean stone. For bedding and drainage.

#1 Crusher run stone - $42.50 per ton– Mix of stone and sand. Used as road and paver base. 

Clean crushed limestone 1-2” –$ 51.00 per ton – Angular limestone used for drainage projects

See Bulk Materials page for more details of what we accept and pricing. Debris must be separated into categories as described on the website. Absolutely no garbage, brick, concrete or asphalt accepted. No red mulch debris. No soil and debris mix.  It must be separated. No cultured lumber like 2x4s. No stumps with dirt surrounding them. No dirt and wood chip mix. No mixed loads. 

There are four categories of debris we accept:

• Clean grass clippings/mulched leaves

• Compostable debris under 1.5” in diameter (bush trimmings, leaves, twigs, old mulch)

• Compostable debris over 1.5” in diameter (tree branches, logs, trunks)

• Raw Dirt and sod debris (Most raw soil can be dumped free of charge. See below)*

Pick up truck - $35.00 (up to 3 yards) – Minimum charge

Dump trailer or single axle dump trucks - $45.00 (up to 6 yards)

Pick up truck with dump trailer - $65.00 (up to 8 yards) 

Single Axle dump truck with dump trailer - $85.00 (up to 12 yards)

Tandem truck - $120.00 (up to 20 yards)

*Raw topsoil in any amount can be dumped free of charge at our discretion. As long as it is not majority clay or stone/debris and has good topsoil in it. It is always subject to our discretion when they arrive. We also accept asphalt millings free of charge.
